Conditions of Acceptance

All dogs must have an up-to-date vaccinations certificate including kennel cough. In exceptional circumstances our own vet will attend and give a booster at the Owners expense.

While every care and attention is given to each animal boarded at this establishment, we cannot be held responsible for loss, either from illness or other causes.

A Veterinary Surgeon will be called if necessary and your pet is covered on our insurance for any fees up to £100 whilst in our care and for a further 72 hours after returning home.

Dogs and cats may be brought in and collected only during hours of business unless by prior arrangement.

The day of arrival and the day of departure is charged for and all days booked must be paid for.
